E-Moto Parts Fitment Guide: Surron, Talaria & E-Ride
Buying parts for a Surron, Talaria, or E-Ride Pro starts with identifying the bike and the components already fitted to it. Use this checklist to compare a product listing with your setup before ordering. It is a buying guide; the component manufacturer's instructions control installation and compatibility.
1. Build a short record of your bike
Write down the brand, full model name, model year, and version. Copy the model details from your purchase paperwork or the manufacturer's identification label instead of relying on a nickname. Add any changes relevant to the part you want: a replacement fork, motor, wheelset, brake system, handlebar, or battery.
For a used bike, the original specification may not describe the equipment now installed. Photograph the bike and the labels on the component you want to replace. That gives a seller something specific to check.
2. Start in the correct model collection
- Surron Light Bee X / LBX parts: verify the Light Bee version on the product page; an Ultra Bee listing is not interchangeable by name.
- Surron Ultra Bee parts: match Ultra Bee-specific fitment and the relevant model year.
- Talaria XXX / X3 parts: check XXX fitment separately from the Sting range.
- Talaria Sting MX3 and Sting R MX4 parts: confirm which of the two models the individual item supports.
- E-Ride Pro 1.0 and 2.0 parts: include the full model and version when checking fitment; do not infer 3.0 or SR compatibility.
A collection is a starting point. The product's compatibility notes and selected variant are the final details to check. For other platforms, use our shop-by-bike directory.
3. Check the details that matter for the part
Handlebars, stems, and mounts
Compare the listed clamp size, mounting pattern, and intended fork or stem. Width and rise describe the riding position; they do not establish mounting compatibility. Ask whether the product needs additional hardware and whether your existing controls and cable routing suit the proposed setup.
Brakes, wheels, and suspension
Identify the installed component by brand and model, then compare the manufacturer's fitment requirements. For brakes, check the complete system and specified rotor and adapter combination. For wheels, confirm the listed axle, spacing, and brake compatibility. For suspension, use the stated mounting dimensions and supported bike application. Have a qualified mechanic resolve uncertain mechanical compatibility before ordering or fitting a part.
Lights and electrical accessories
Check the specified supply requirements, connector, and mounting option together. A connector that looks similar does not establish electrical compatibility. The Riot BEAM rock light, for example, is offered with bike-specific mounting options; review the current option list and choose the version that matches your bike.
Motor covers, guards, and appearance parts
Match the component being covered, including whether it is stock or aftermarket. A motor cover follows the motor and mounting arrangement; a wrap follows the shape of the panel or component it covers. Check which pieces are included and whether the photographs show optional items that are sold separately.
4. Read the selected option before checkout
Product titles sometimes name several supported bikes because the listing contains multiple variants. Recheck the selected bike, size, color, and included hardware in the cart. Save the product link and option name if you need help; a screenshot of the whole listing is less useful than the exact version you plan to buy.
Read the item's availability and shipping information as well. Different products can have different fulfillment times. Our shipping policy explains the general process, and a more specific product-page timeframe should be reviewed before ordering.
5. Send a complete fitment question
Use the following format when you contact Riot Racing:
- Bike: brand, full model, year, and version.
- Part: product link and the exact option you want.
- Current setup: relevant stock or aftermarket components, including brand and model.
- Photos: the component label, mounting area, and a wider view showing the setup.
- Question: what you want to replace or change, and the compatibility detail that is unclear.
Do not post an order number, full serial number, or personal details in a public comment. Use the support contact for information needed to review your particular bike.
Common fitment questions
Does a part fit every bike named in its title?
It may be available in several versions. Check the selected variant and the description together. If those details conflict, ask for clarification before buying.
Does being listed in a collection guarantee fitment?
No. A collection helps narrow the catalog, but the product notes, model year, selected option, and installed components still need to match.
Can I use the stock bike specification after modifying it?
Use the stock specification for components that remain original. For a replaced component, check the actual equipment on the bike and the replacement manufacturer's documentation.
