Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Riot Racing confirms or begins fulfillment of the order.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be shown or calculated where available.

6. Product Fitment and Installation

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, measurements, compatibility information, and disclosed fitment requirements before ordering.

A reference to a particular bike, model, or year does not guarantee compatibility with a bike that has been modified or equipped with nonstandard components.

When professional installation is recommended or required, installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Products must be installed, adjusted, maintained, and used according to their instructions and intended purpose.

Incorrect installation, modification, improper torque, incompatible components, improper brake bleeding, or use contrary to instructions may affect return or written-warranty eligibility.

Do not install or use a product that appears damaged, defective, incorrectly fitted, incomplete, or unsafe. Stop using the product and contact Riot Racing immediately.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

7. Safety and Intended Use

E-moto, motorcycle, bicycle, and performance components can affect vehicle handling, braking, reliability, and safety.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly and that the completed vehicle is safe and legal to operate. Inspect safety-critical components before use and perform all required maintenance.

Riot Racing does not encourage unlawful, reckless, or unsafe operation. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable registration, licensing, age, equipment, trail, roadway, and vehicle-use requirements.

8. Third-Party and Partner-Brand Products

Riot Racing sells products manufactured or fulfilled by third parties, including partner brands and Shopify Collective suppliers.

Third-party products may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties, return restrictions, shipping terms, or instructions. Those additional terms do not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Questions, complaints, or claims concerning a product purchased through riot.racing should first be directed to Riot Racing at support@riot-racing.com. We may coordinate with the applicable manufacturer or fulfillment partner to resolve the matter.

Third-party and partner-brand products are generally final sale unless the product page, applicable partner terms, or mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Preorders and Order Cancellations

Products identified as preorders are manufactured, supplied, or stocked in batches. Estimated shipping windows are displayed on the applicable product page and are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Any order, including a preorder, may be canceled for a full refund until it is packaged for shipment or shipped, whichever occurs first. Cancellation requests must reach support@riot-racing.com before that cutoff.

Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and the applicable return rules will apply.

If Riot Racing cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and give the customer the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item for a full refund.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, international duties, address responsibilities, delays, and damaged or missing shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Creating a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@riot-racing.com immediately if an address or order detail needs to be corrected.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, final-sale products, restocking fees, damaged items, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible Riot Racing-manufactured products generally have a seven-calendar-day return-request window beginning on the delivery date. Additional restrictions and mandatory consumer rights may apply.

Nothing in these Terms overrides the complete Return and Refund Policy or any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Limited Five-Year Warranty

Products expressly advertised as including the Riot Racing Limited Five-Year Warranty are covered only under the complete written warranty terms made available on the applicable product page and Warranty Policy page before purchase.

Warranty remedies are generally repair or replacement rather than an automatic refund. If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, Riot Racing may provide an appropriate refund under the written warranty.

Products not expressly identified as carrying the Riot Racing Limited Five-Year Warranty are not included in that voluntary written warranty. Applicable manufacturer warranties and non-waivable legal rights may still apply.

The five-year warranty applies prospectively and does not retroactively shorten a different written warranty expressly provided to a customer at the time of an earlier purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an express written warranty provided with a product or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Prices and Service Changes

Product prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature or service at any time. This does not eliminate obligations relating to an order already accepted or rights that cannot legally be waived.

We are not responsible for a price change, suspension, or discontinuation except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Optional and Third-Party Tools

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Riot Racing for Riot Racing’s own negligence, defective products, breach of warranty, or conduct for which liability cannot legally be shifted.

These Terms do not replace any separate written agreement or express written warranty that applies to a particular transaction or product.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
